Zflip is worth the money and time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My z flip 6 and the galaxy ai that on this phone is amazing while at work I can swipe through apps smoothly and have multiple screens up at the same time. Also while im streaming the phone has smooth and great visuals and never really had a problem yet with it my son games on this phone as well roblox the usual 11 yr old games which consists of online multi-player etc... no lag which I was surprised and very quick with downloads too. I highly recommend d thisbphkne it was a great choice for me in alotb9f different ways. I recommend people to grab it you will not be disappointed one bit

Unexpected Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone was not as advertised. The plastic screen protector is the screen and after 2 months it began to crease and then separate down the middle as you closed it and then you couldn't use the bottom 1/2 of the phone. The front screen was great as a back up to answer calls if you set it up in the beginning. Do not recommend and request Samsung to move away from this type of damaging screen issues. I had to repair it 3 times and Samsung only covers it one time for free.

Had to have it repaired within a month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the ZFlip6 because US Cellular was running a promo on it. Within a month of having it, the screen stopped working, and it had to be repaired. I have had it back for a few months, and where the screen folds is starting to discolor. If I had it to do over, I would not have gotten this phone. The one thing I do like about it, tho is that when it is folded, it fits nicely in my pocket, or in the cup holder in my car.
I very rarely use the Galaxy AI feature, so I don't have much input on that.

Great idea, still a bit shaky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea of a flip phone is a pretty cool and novel concept, but once that wears off, it doesn't feel as useful as it seems at first. Over time, the hinge seems to be wearing down after not even a year, to where the inner screen won't turn on sometimes when I open it. I've been using it as a slab phone for the past few months so I don't break it. Additionally the charging port is poorly made and got chipped less than a year in when I haven't had that issue with any phone I've had before. Ultimately it functions, but don't expect it to last as long. Samsung uses Galaxy AI as a major selling point but ultimately, it's not that useful. Definitely don't upgrade just for Galaxy AI if that's what you're considering.
Overall, decent phone but overpriced. You're paying for the flip part and even that won't last you long.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the crystal clear image on both screens, the inside (full screen) and the outside (half screen). I love using Galaxy AI to identify plants or problems with plants using the camera lens.
Also Galazy AI has been super helpful when I have a question about any topic I am discussing with my family and friends. We were looking for a place to eat while we were out of town and Galaxy AI was able to offer suggestions by accessing the reviews and summarizing them for us. We found a great place to eat dinner and we were very pleased with the decision.
This phone has been my favorite so far. The built in screen protector seems so much better than the one on my last phone (Z Flip4).
Also Galazy AI has been super helpful when I have a question about any topic I am discussing with my family and friends.
