I really like the phone—it's sleek, easy to carry, and convenient on the go. However, there's a major issue with the Face ID when using the back camera. When the phone is folded, you have to flip it around for Face ID to work. Otherwise, it doesn’t recognize your face, which can be frustrating during quick use. And the face ID is super lagging Do you think an update would fix the issue???
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

About Face recognition, you can use this feature to unlock your phone just by looking at it, and it’s also useful for verifying your identity in certain apps. It's a safe and simple way to keep your data protected. Just a quick note: Face Recognition works with the front camera, and things like glasses, hats, masks, makeup, bangs, and beards might affect how well it recognizes you. To help your device recognize you in all kinds of situations, you can add an alternative appearance. Make sure you're in good lighting and that your camera lens is clean. If you find that unlocking with Face Recognition is tricky, trying to re-register your face might do the trick. You can do this by going to Settings > Security and Privacy > Biometrics > Face Recognition, then entering your credentials, and tapping Remove Face Data to start fresh. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung galaxy z flip 6 is so fun and cute, I loved it! The Galaxy AI features were more helpful than expected. Only concern is the screen protector it comes with can lift and you need to go to a proper samsung service store to get that fixed. It can be a bit tedious but otherwise I love this phone.

Flip 6 could be better

The screen is already cracking in the middle after 6 months so I would have to give it a thumbs down.

But it's functionality is great, it's got AI, weather, and a whole lot space for a plethora of apps.
