Great phone. Long way to go in reliability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking forward to the new phone. Unfortunately after only a couple months the charge port stopped working and the phone would freeze up when trying to open it. Had to restart it multiple times and open and close it to get the main screen to work.
Full screen flip technology still has a ways to go to be reliable. Having to use a backup phone until I can fix it.
Do I like it ,yes. However disappointed in the reliability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fun phone to use. The Galaxy AI feature is what made me purchase. But I get so much more out of it. The screen has been very durable. Been on hikes, beaches, in rain and everyday use. No problem at all or any signs of wear now with a year of ownership. And I flip this phone open 50+ times a day. The cover screen is my only complaint. Being it's kinda odd shaped. But after setting it up with Samsung add on apps it's much better. It's super fun to use, compared to a brick phone and never falls out of my pocket. great job Samsung

good phone minor problems

-wish that they started using silicone carbon batteries so they can have more capacity
-want a more durable screen
-want a wider screen (like 18:9)
- I want gemini to finally work on the cover screen
- an ip68 rating would be nice, I dont want to worry about going to the beach
- the galaxy ai features should be abit easier to access instead of being hidden in the settings
- they should make an ai based bixby that can do more
- please make it so you can add smart devices from Google home to Samsung smartthings.
overall 8/10
would be 10/10 with these features

Screen stoped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen stoped working whim within 3 weeks of purchase. They fixed it for free but it again stoped working with in 9 months. And they Samsung said it is user fault. I am not buying Samsung phones every.

I also love all the ways the AI Galaxy feature's have surprised me while in my daily routines... for instance, I saved my most visited addresses to my Samsung account and it allowed me setup super helpful reminders and auto-routines! I've literally never had that experience on any of my previous phones... I love it.

- This phone has made taking pictures and watching videos in public so much easier. Prop it halfway open to watch videos/snap photos hands-free!
- Checking notifications without fully opening it feels like peeking at your Nokia’s caller ID back in the day—but now it shows memes. Progress.
