Is good, but not enough

Samsung's AI sometimes activates itself, which scares me. But when I really need it, it responds quickly.
In conclusion, it's a phone in development, but I like the concept. I'd like my next phone to be a Galaxy S26 so I can evaluate it.

Best Phone ever

Good phone, great upgrades

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have really liked the flip 6. It was such an upgrade from the 5 which we had before. The majorly upgraded camera, out side screen... just a great little phone. We have not really learned how to use the galaxy Ai much, but i know a lot of folks seem to like that alot. Only reason that I've given less than a full 5 stars is that this model seems more prone to inner screen problems than the previous generation. That being said, Samsung has been absolutely phenomenal in dealing with those. Can't wait for the flip 7.

Love the phone, but the hinge needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like I said, I love the phone, and I will continue to get the Z Flip series. That's how much I love it. However, my only gripe is that the hinge is more fragile than the screens. Reason being is I have a case that when I fold my Flip, it does not cover the hinge. So one time I pulled it out of my pocket (folded) and dropped it... Right on the hinge. Now nothing happened, for a while. Until I started noticing my screen started to flicker, and when I closed my phone there was a loud pop sound everytime. The hinge should not be that delicate, especially with all of the connections and ribbons going through it. With that, I have learned my lesson and I will get a case that protects the hinge, but I shouldn't have to.

Love my Flip!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been waiting for a flip phone to come out ever since phones became "smart" and Samsung did not disappoint! I love the ease of flipping it open or closed to receive or end a call.
There's so many great features, too many to list, but among my favorite perk is the fact that I can set it open at a 90° angle on a flat surface and take a group "selfie" picture, while previewing what it looks like on the second screen that faces the group.
It's so easy to use, it's fast, it has Galaxy AI, it's durable, and it folds small enough to fit in pockets or small purses. Before Flip, I had to use a bigger purse just because my phone wouldn't fit lengthwise.
I watch tv shows that i record on my dvr through my phone app, and stream music to my Bluetooth headphones and speakers seamlessly and flawlessly.
My only caution is take care of the screen as it's a little "soft" and might scratch easier than a non flip phone.
I've been a fan of Samsung since some early "S" version. I made the mistake of trying a different brand in an effort to save money, but had nothing but problems and my phone needed replacement much sooner than any Samsung phone, so i switched back to Samsung, and as long as they continue making flip phones, they'll have a loyal customer in me.

This phone is so much fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, ease of use: the screen on the outer display is very customizable, but the edges (including the back and home keys) can be hard to get to while using a case. I have small hands, and being able to use my phone while folded has been a game changer for me. The one screen is slightly taller than a slab phone, which can get inconvenient at times, but with a case with a ring it was easy to adjust to. The colors and saturation in both displays are rich and vivid. Inner camera is mid, as expected, but still functional. The outer camera is where the z flip 6 really shines. Selfie mode allowed me to get the best wedding selfie with my party! Galaxy AI is taking some time to adjust to, but it had been useful more than once. It's more durable than expected, feels good in the hands, runs beautifully, and I look forward to getting the z flip 7 soon!
