Cute, small and works good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pictures are great. The system to guard and secures passwords saves me a lot of time. Because it has a small size, I carry it in any little space I can find. The AI also has goven me good advices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone itself doesn't stand out among the other Samsung devices (aside from the fold feature) but that's not unexpected. However, when Samsung forced an update back in May, it caused the inner screen to glitch (freeze, unable to detect swipes) and eventually it just died. The outer screen was fine. There were no scratches or damage to the inner screen and I had never dropped the device or gotten it wet. Apparently other users with this model complained of the same issue after the forced update. Fortunately I had insurance on the phone through my carrier because the manufacturer refused to replace the phone even though it was still under warranty (less than 1 year old). I received a new device through my carrier insurance for less than half the cost the manufacturer wanted to charge me to fix it. I am wary of updates now and if it does happen again, I will not be getting a replacement!

Using Galaxy AI helps with so many different things especially work and school. This phone helps make my daily task so much more organized and keeps me on task

I love using AI features and having a duel screen. There are a lot of great benefits for have this. I love how compact it is and easy to carry. It also has the best camera as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great phone but the front screen will overheat all the time. It has to be blasted by AC if im in a vehicle. if I try to play any games on it, the front screen will also over heat very quickly.

I really love the Galaxy AI features and how I utilize them towards all my daily activities while using my phone! The phone quality, picture quality, and everything else is amazing, and have been such a happy customer since switching over to Samsung!
