Best Phone Ever

Being able to answer emails and texts without opening my phone is one of my favorite features. Let's talk about Galaxy AI... when I thought my phone couldn't get any better! The AI is a step above the rest.

Exciting concept with areas to improve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first loved this device and the size and portability of it. That part is great. The functionality is where I end up losing interest in it. The big issue is the constant overheating and battery drainage when im just playing little games on my phone or having a video chat. On countless occasions the phone has closed all my apps, saying it is too warm, and won't allow me to open an app until it cools down. I've also experienced issues with the camera vibrating when I open the phone and try to use the camera.
There have been a couple other minor issues, but the overheating had been the primary disappointment of this device.

If you are experiencing overheating with your phone, please keep in mind that certain apps or environmental factors can cause this to happen. When your device overheats, it will display a message that says "Device cooling down" and automatically adjust settings to prevent damage. You can find more steps to help ensure your phone doesn’t risk damage from overheating by checking out the online article titled “Cooling Down Popup Appears on Galaxy Phone or Tablet.”
Additionally, overheating and battery drain can often stem from the same source. Please make sure you are closing background applications, as these can drain your battery faster. When playing online games, you may notice a quicker battery consumption due to increased usage. To keep your battery optimized, you can check the battery settings in Device care under Settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be one of the most compact and powerful devices i've ever owned. I'm blown away every day. The new Galaxy AI features that the new Galaxy lineup offers make using this device just so much fun!
The new Google, a circle to search and Gemeni have made multitasking, and maximizing my phone a breeze! Not to mention the battery life too. For such a small device, this phone lasts me all throughout my workday, and for a personal use at home, too.
