Alright stops working in a couple moths

It's alright good functioning only thing after a couple months it stops working. Screen started not wanting to turn on and only left in pitch black. Do not recommend if you want a long term phone, this is just a waste of money.

Thank you for your honest review. While we understand your experience did not meet your expectations, many users have found the Galaxy Z Flip6 an excellent companion. If your phone or tablet is displaying only a blank screen, there are several things you can check to identify the issue.
First, shine a flashlight into the SIM/MicroSD slot. If the device has been exposed to moisture, the Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI) will appear solid pink, purple, or red, indicating that service is required. If no moisture is exposed, the LDI will be solid white or show white with pink or purple Xs.
With your Galaxy Z Flip6, you also have the added benefit of Galaxy Z Assurance, which provides a one-time discounted screen replacement if necessary. For assistance, we have partnered with uBreakiFix, an authorized Samsung repair service with over 600 locations across the U.S. Finding one near you is easy.

So not like this phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had to get this phone screen replaced 3 times from it messing up right at the crease where it folds. Not happy at all. Each repair show has told me this is common with this phone dont buy!!!

Switch to a different phone brand

Samsung is a terrible company and the way they build their Flip is cheap and they don't take responsibility for their flawed design. My Flip6 naturally began to break at the fold. It is still under warranty, yet I was told this isn't considered a manufacturing defect. The phone is known to fold, yet in less than a year my screen weakened at the fold and I'm told it's my fault.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It Flips!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With all the great features of galaxy, this phone is liking having an old school flip phone, so flipping it shut to hang up a call is nostalgic. Because it flips close, your screen is better protected from accidental drops. Phone is fast, has tons of features including AI which just adds to the phones power. Highly recommend over those accident prone iphones and have way more bank for your buck then a new camera every year. They will also never have a better camera then Samsung.
Wont charge. Had phpne for 2 weeks. Garbage. Dont buy!!!

Verify the device's components. To troubleshoot this, please check the temperature of the device and ensure it isn’t too low to charge; if so, unplug the charger and let it warm up. Additionally, inspect the device, charger, and USB cable for physical or liquid damage, any corrosion, or bent pins in the USB connection, and make sure there are no foreign materials obstructing the ports. Stay away

I bought this phone in July 2024 and traded in my Galaxy fold 4. The phone started to have problem in November because it wouldn't charge sometimes. I made sure I only used the samsung charging cable and I was ok with that because I only charged it maybe every other day. Well the charging port went completely out so I was unable to plug in my computer to retrieve pictures and Documents. So Now the Touchscreen in not responsive. I had this phone less than 6mos and it crapped out on me. Took it to the official Samsung repair and they said becuase of a little nick on the phone that Samsung will deny any warranty work. I have been buying Samsung phones for the last 10 years with protective cases and always upgrading but its time to look into something else. I looked at alot of reviews before getting this phone but I was fooled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy it!

I have had this phone for less than a year. I use the folding feature as little as possible. First time it quit charging. This time I have a line at the hinge on my screen. Now it just went dead. I am sending it back in for the second time. I would not recommend this phone for anyone. One of the worst investments I ever made!

very bad experience

This is the worst phone I've ever seen. Every year I pay a lot of money for Samsung devices, but this year was the worst. I bought the phone for my wife and after 2 months without any falls or bumps, the screen turned off. I had to wait 15 days to send the device to Texas to be repaired, something illogical when they should replace it with a new one. I will never buy a folding phone again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
