Screen unresponsive even after changing display.

Capturing breathtaking photos and being able to do all the things you could think of on your phone. When you notice your phone screen is unresponsive, is it after a specific activity? Restarting your phone can help. Also, if you have a screen protector on your device, it can also cause interference. If the Touch sensitivity setting is turned on with no protective film, the touchscreen may respond too sensitively and malfunction. To turn off the Touch sensitivity feature, navigate to Settings, tap Display, and then tap the switch next to Touch Sensitivity to turn it off. However, it is good to know that if you have further questions, your device has the Galaxy Z Assurance program to back it up. This feature comes with your device, providing one free screen protector replacement and discounts on screen repairs if needed. As you may know, we have partnered with uBreakiFix as an authorized repair location for Samsung devices. You can take your phone in to be looked at if needed. BEST PHONE EVER. LITERALLY...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this device! I've been a Razr+ user for years and finally made the switch, the Razr+ is great but the Z Flip6 blows it away! I love all the amazing Galaxy features with seamless actions across apps, all the Samsung updates are awesome, and the design of this phone fits perfect with my EVERYTHING! My 3 top fave features: If you're a Razr user you'll appreciate the seamless flat screen when the phone is open OMG! GREAT!, The speed & graphics are top tier!!!, Finally the "look" & the accessories, I get compliments every single time I pull it out! I have the Flipsuit case with nostalgic design & led lights EVERYONE WANTS IT LOL. I have no complaints or suggestions for this device, I'm now officially a forever customer! Highly 10/10 recommend...

Best Phone Since Note Ended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the zflip 6 has been an incredible experience. With the AI addition, folding capability, amazing camera. Had this phone since it came out and still haven't dropped it (knock on wood). I recommend 10/10.
Only con is that it's not S-Pen compatible.

Non functional when connected to vehicle Bluetooth

Most problematic phone I've ever owned. For being a phone that is supposed to allow multi tasking, it won't allow me to open an app while it's connected to my vehicle's bluetooth without it powering off. Upon powering back on it will power down again over & over. The phone won't stay powered on until it's disconnected from the vehicle.

Hi Rick, Thank you for sharing your experience on the Galaxy Z Flip6. Being able to connect your device to your vehicle is typically a smooth process. To enhance your experience with the device, here are a few steps you can try: Unpair and Re-pair: Navigate to your Bluetooth settings, unpair your vehicle, and turn off Bluetooth on both your phone and vehicle. Turn them back on and re-pair the device by selecting your vehicle from the list of available devices. Clear App Cache and Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Android Auto > Storage and clear the cache and data. Once done, reconnect your phone to Android Auto.
Check Bluetooth Interference: Temporarily disable any other Bluetooth features on your phone to ensure they aren’t interfering with the connection.
Reset Network Settings: As a final step, you can reset your phone’s network settings. Head to Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings, and then tap Reset settings. Follow the prompts to complete the reset. These steps can help address connectivity challenges when linking your phone to your vehicle via Bluetooth. Did not like the functionality. Ive been wanting the flip since the 1st one was released. Disappointed

The best phone ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had Z fold 3 and was good, but the Z fold 6 is really amazing in all. I never gonna have a normal phone. Recomed 100%
Overall satisfied with the purchase however had some trouble setting up the account as the password got locked as it did not contain the required special character. Took over 24 hours to reset and be able to open the phone. It was a bit troublesome, however I am mostly concerned that it heats up pretty quickly. I was not doing much on it, and the front part of the screen was pretty hot.
