I absolutely love to phone but the fatal flaw is that the camera malfunctioned and I've struggled to get it to work again only after 2weeks of having it. I've also been left on read like 4 times while trying to sort this issue out with samsung techs. The issue was never fixed and i haven't heard anything back. Literally my worst experience by far

When it comes to your camera, we’d like to provide some troubleshooting steps. One option you can try is to reset the Camera app settings. To do this, swipe to the settings option in the Camera app, tap on "Reset settings," and then confirm by tapping "Reset." This action will revert the Camera app to its default settings, which may resolve the error. Additionally, checking for software updates can also be beneficial, and we'll provide a link with more information below.
Please note that Samsung products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months, as specified for each product. For eligible devices, you can also opt for additional coverage through Samsung Care+, which offers extended protection and extra support.
