Sofeware issues cause inner screen to stop working

Love the phone design had the Galaxy Z Flip 3 prior for 3 years and upgraded this month to the Galaxy Z Flip 6. Within 30 days the inner screen stopped working due to a sofeware update. I did drop the phone and got a tiny scruff on one of the corners but that was the same day I got the phone and in no way did it impact the inner screen, the phone inner screen stopped working 2 weeks later due to update. But regardless I had to pay to get the phone fixed because a sofeware update caused an issue with inner screen. This is horrible and seriously makes me rethink getting this phone in the future. Why do I have to pay for a software design issue???? The pervious phone was so durable even ran it over with my car and no issues at all lasted 3 years and this one lasted 2 weeks because of a software update!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having my last phone for almost five years I finally decided to switch to an upgrade one. I have been interested in the flip series for a while now but was hesitant. This year I finally caved and got the new flip 6, and oh boy was it a great decision. I didn't know samsung technology has come so far in those 5 years. I'm really impressed with the compatability in messaging other phones. I like that I can see when someone is typing, when my messages are been sent and read. Not to mention the amazing camera. There is so much storage. Overall very impressed with samsung on this one.

The crease is not visibly noticeable and can only be noticed if you slide your finger over it, even then it's barely there. Galaxy AI is also incredible. The feature I use the must is definitely the messaging one. Where it auto suggests quick responses based of the context of your conversation. Its especially useful when my phone is folded and I don't want to open it just to tell someone "yes" or "no" or any other response.
