I had a Flip 4 and liked it very much except for needing 3 screen covers in the first year. The screen cover at the point of the fold came loose over and over. I bought the Flip 6 with the hope that the seam issue has been fixed. Samsung has been surprisingly quiet about the issue. I also bought because of the improved camera, better battery life and larger storage. Time will tell whether i made the best decision regarding the screen protector problem.
I give the phone 5 stars because the flip function is just so usefull. However I see no practical difference between the 3 and all other models. So far the ai functions are useless, the battery may be a little better, memory is much bigger but I never used 128 let alone 512. So 5 stars as a phone but not a necessary upgrade.
I love my phone but hardware wise I am severely disappointed. Not even a month in and hinge makes loud noises and I have noticed some bugs when switching through applications.
