Unfortunately, I can't recommend this flagship phone as it has very bad battery overheating problems. I can't have youtube and another app open at the same time or the phone overheats and closes youtube in minutes. It greatly reduces the usefulness of this phone. There are a lot of other great features, but this is a deal breaker and I will likely trade it in for a flip phone from another company or a different type of phone instead. This apparently has been a problem since at least the flip 5. I Recommend waiting to see if they fix it with the flip 7.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using the Z-flip line since 2020 and I have been enjoying the updates they have been going through. For my lifestyle, the Z-flip line has met my needs, like being able to fit in my pockets, the camera being able to hold itself up, the ease of watching videos without needing to prop the phone up, and using almost all my apps via cover screen, and not needing to open my phone. I like the exterior more than the flip 5 and flip 3 which is what I had previously. The matte look appears and feels better to me. There has been improvement with camera and video usage and quality. I like how there are more customization options for the cover display since I usually have more usage with that screen rather than opening the phone. The translating feature has been helpful when I'm waiting for our clinic translators to come to assist me with patients. I really hope they add more languages in the future. It also can be used in call, which is extremely helpful for my workplace. The AI portrait feature to me is a bit wonky with the end products, but it is fun to play with. You can definitely tell it is AI as some proportions look off with the end result, even with a clear picture of a face. However I don't care for that feature anyway and probably won't use it. Its more of a novelty factor to me. The yellow silicone phone case I also bought with the phone was alright. I work in healthcare so I like to regularly wipe down my phone with alcohol pads and lens cleaner after my shift. The phone case very quickly lost its grip on the phone so it slides around a lot. I will unfortunately need to get a different phone case. Other than that, its performing well for now. It was my first time utilizing the Samsung trade in and it went smoothly.

Best Z Fold 6 build quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feature-rich software with great multi-tasking functionality and S Pen support - Galaxy AI too, of course.
I usually Galaxy AI feature daily when I need to search something on the web or an image real quick the Galaxy AI does all the heavy work for me.
I'm a photographer which means I use Lightroom on a daily basis and combining that with the Z Fold 6 folding screen I get an amazing view of all the images I captured and I'm able to edit with the S Pen.
One of my favorite features is definitely the Galaxy AI smart circles search. When I want to know a definition of a word I can easily hold down the toggle tab to activate Galaxy AI easily highlight the word and get more information within seconds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new AI Galaxy phone is a constant eye-catching delight to many whenever I am using it. It is instant marketing for Samsung. The larger screen enables me to apply SUPER-sized fonts, and larger keyboards reducing strain on my eyes. The camera/video features are impeccable. I have actually been asked to take photos from people who have other phones. I am more than pleased with my phone.

The best lifestyle change I have made in 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ever Samsung product. I have always been obsessed with the look of the Galaxy Z Flip. Everyone knows now a days your phone is your lifeline. That is exactly what this phone has been for me. A life line. Of course it has the same features other phones on the market has, what makes this phone stand out for me is the AI capabilities. Being able to utilize them at my fingers disposal has made a wave of change in my day to day life. In my work I need to be able to search things up in seconds and provide information in an instant. I also love the camera on this phone, for the longest time I was scared to make the switch because of the camera. Being able to take a selfie with the back camera and still seeing myself? Whoever made that deserves a raise. My friends always want to use my phone for selfies now. If you would have asked me last year if I could see myself being a samsung fan, im not sure I would have said yet. Earlier I mentioned this was my first samsung purchase and while that is true, it most definitely wont be the last.

Traditional meets Innovation

The new hinge is easier to open and the phone is slimmer overall. Overly impressed with the screen brightness and battery life. Galaxy AI works without a hitch and is very good at translating. I also love the Galaxy AI to generate funny things on my pictures. My kids and I have a blast playing around on it. 100% recommend!
