Love this phone!

Fallen love in first flip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flip phone is always my favorite. But flip 5 is awesome cool innovation. Love the size of the screen and it's very tiny when I keep it in my pocket. Also I can talk to someone or watch anything without a stand this is one of the coolest things. And the front display is everything. Gaming speed is very very smooth. Just love it I got cool mint green color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I really like it but I've only had it for a short while. It has a bunch of nice features and tools that make my life easier. My only 2 complaints are the battery doesn't last as long as my previous phone (IPhone 13 pro max). And it seems like as of right now there isn't really an option to equip it with a privacy screen protector. Hopefully they profect a privacy screen that can handle the folding screen soon.

Best design Z Flip so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Samsung Z Flip series from the original Z Flip to this model, the Z Flip 5. I can see it has evolved to a more advanced phone year after year. The Z Flip 5 is my major phone I use everyday. The convenience of having it in a compact factor is the reason I switched to this style phone. I see no difference in function compared to the standard non-flip phones. It's as powerful as any phone out there. The very first iteration of this phone didn't have the latest chips nor the latest camera. Nowadays with the latest offering of the Z Flip 5, the CPU and camera have been upgraded to current chipsets.
There are more rooms for improvement in the next generation of this phone. For example, the outside cover screen could make use of more apps that can be run from this area. The crease, although it has decreased tremendously, it is still noticeable when some videos were played. Battery life needs some improvement as well. I had to charge this phone at least three times during the day. It runs out of battery too quickly.
Camera wise it takes great pictures, on par with the best out there, but still it lacks the latest offering from other high-end camera phones.
I don't mind the size being wider so having three different sizes would be nice. Overall I would recommend you to try the Z Flip 5 out. It's a cool phone.

Pocket size is back

Well fitting in my pocket easier, my vehicle's cup holder, my hand, and not to mention everyone wants to look at it and feel it. People are shocked at how solid the phone feels and how clear the front and main screens look and how you can't see the seam. I have had multiple flips by Samsung, they just make the best within this space. I did have an issue with my Flip Z 4 and had to use Samsung's customer service to repair the phone and had a great experience, communication throughout the whole process, thank you. I would recommend this phone if you are tired of the bulky mini tablets everyone else sells, come the the FLIP SIDE.

Convenient

have to say, "convenient".
Folding does make it a little more difficult to find protective cases that are attractive and yet cover and protect well, however this not unexpected.
Camera and functions have been easy with very good quality in my experience so far.
Love it.

Most used device during my day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled with the Galaxy Z Flip 5. I purchased the Flip 4 last year and loved its size. With the ring cover it was very versatile. Prior to that I had a Galaxy 9+ which had seen better days, but I was reluctant to upgrade. The flip 4 was cute, but I had little use for the little screen on the cover.
The Flip 5 has become such a tool for me. I'm not big in social media, but The Flip 5 has helped me in areas of health, organization and planning. For health, I plug my Dario glucose monitor directly into the phone to do readings without opening the phone. Its not that much bigger than most glucose meters. So that's one less device I need to carry. Other closed cover needs that are met are: checking and responding to email and texts; checking transit bus and subway arrival times; setting timers for just about anything; seeing video from my Blink security camera; receiving alerts when it is time to take my medications and so much more.
The GOOD LOCK app from the Samsung store puts all of my apps on the cover screen for easy access.
So far this is the Best Phone I have ever had and can't wait to see what Samsung has planned for future Z Flip phones!
