Horrible battery and camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the look of the phone but when flipped down there’s only a few apps that can be used which sucks. The battery life was horrible and camera was not up to par. I wasted time and money on this phone.

Great device with OK software.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is excellent and the folding functionality has been a lot more useful than expected, especially for taking photos. Unfortunately, the latest OneUI is buggy and the device's software really brings down the experience.

Do not buy this phone

Don't be a sucker and buy this phone. Samsung does a good job selling you the fact that they've tested the folding mechanism and that it can withstand "x number" of folds and its durable etc. I've had my flip phone not even a year. And I replaced the protector screen once already 3 months later is starting to Bubble again at the crease now a black dot is forming on the side where it folds. For that reason Samsung told me that I will have to mail my phone in, they will diagnose it and I will still be responsible for any repair fee's. I don't qualify for a trade-in because of the black dot forming even though my phone is still under the manufacturer warranty. Very very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am having connectivity problems and super slow apps. I have been trying to resolve for weeks. Samsung wants me to drop off phone at repair shop untill resolved. That is absolutely not happening as I need my phone for work and to monitor aging parents. Phone is still under warranty but yet they want to make it as hard as possible to fix the problem . I have spent thousands on samsung products and I expect better. From what I have read I am not the only one having issues with the flip 5. Not going with Samsung ever again unless they resolve the problem.

Screen Broke within less than months!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone was working fine, then less than 6 months, screen got a horizontal line, then all of a sudden screen got a thick dark like from the folding middle part, and flickering strongly. Then it turned black and not responding completely!! Worst experience ever! Not expected at all from Samsung!
