I like how small it is

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the mini screen it reduces how often I need to open and unlock my phone for certain things. I wish they had more app functionality on the mini screen when folded. Doesn't seem as powerful as my s21 ultra was given its 3 years newer but that could all be chopped up to the fact android 14 isn't out yet or one ui 6.0.

Great phone with a small form factor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the ZFlip 4 to this phone. The front display panel is a very useful upgrade. The phone is a little quicker and the battery last quite a bit longer for me. With the Zflip 4 I had to recharge at least once a day with this phone I can usually make it through the whole day without recharging. Not having a gap when folded is really nice also.

Far Above My Expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy Note 9 has served me well but it was time to upgrade. Was debating between the Razr and the Flip 5. I watched hours of YouTube videos comparing the two and it came down to a better cover screen, better processor, and a great trade in offer. The Flip 5 is rock solid, super fast, and the cover screen is so much fun and useful. My only minor concern is the crease. It's taking some time to get used to it when scrolling, but it doesn't seem to mess with the video. The Flip 5 is a game changer!

Flip FAIL Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in this phone. The phone is heavy and unbalanced in your hand. The exterior is very slippery, and hard to control. The operation is not up to standard. All kinds of weird displays and pop-ups make it a pain. Samsung has failed on this one on many levels.

Best Flip Phone on the Market

The ability to have two windows going and visible at the same time is a gamechanger. Processing is also a breeze for this phone.

FlipZ5 is here....Great phone and tons of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Flip Z5 phone is the best. I used another Flip phone, but after three days of use, I realized my mistake. The battery life of the Samsung Flip Z5 is amazing! I do lots of video conferencing throughout the day and don't need to charge the phone constantly as I used to do with the old phone (Not going to mention the old brand). Folks, If you are looking for the most reliable phone, stop your search now and buy the Samsung Flip Z5.

Best Flip so far but room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice phone but cover screen limitations are frustrating. Decent camera and nice screen. Crease at fold is noticeable and distorts image at times, especially in the sun. Metal hinge cover (it says SAMSUNG) is fragile and dents easily causing concern about durability. I like the phone and hope that updates address some of the issues, which is why I'll continue to use my S22 Ultra as my primary phone and will now use this as a backup.
