[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not too pride driven to say I'm beyond impressed with making "the switch". Even after a month and adjusting, it's still as wonderful as day 1. The COVER SCREEN comes in handy for quick checks on notifications, even with maps for my business trips. The phone and operating system is USER FRIENDLY. BATTERY LIFE is a change for me. I'm used to my battery going out a few hours after I wake up, now my battery stays alive throughout the day and often into the next day (I'm a heavy phone user). SOUND QUALITY blows my mind, especially in gaming mode with a surround sound feature. AND THATS JUST THE BASICS! My kids love my phone after seeing me with mine. Even my family with, different phones, now want to switch after showing them how fun and amazing this phone is on Sunday funday full of amazing selfies and videos. I'm still discovering amazing features on this phone. I work alot and this phone makes it easy to play harder when planning my trips. Pretty Sure samsung just gained a new 4Lifer.

I really love the customizability. The build quality is outstanding, simply wonderful to hold in the hand. A lightning-quick processor enables one to run the latest mobile games smoothly. The Flip5 should be on everyone's wish list.

The screen on the front is so much better now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had every Samsung flip phone and this generation is by far the best. The larger outer screen is a wonderful improvement. It makes for much easier interaction with the phones features. Cameras have improved from a better chip and software improvements. Battery life has improved as well. Only reason I'm not giving the phone a 5 star rating is that if Samsung could find a way to improve camera clarity when using the zoom feature that would make it a 5 star phone for me. All in all Samsung is on the right track with this series of flip phones. If you want a phone that is small in your pocket and big when you need it to be you can't go wrong with the flip 5.
