The Z flip has flipped my world upside down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the z fold line of Samsung I was nervous about the size of the z flip but wanted something smaller. The fact is the phone has exceeded expectations, the compact size is my favorite, the outer screen I use more than I thought I would, I love answering calls from the compact design. Performance is great, and camera is pretty solid too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Flip 3, then 4, and now the 5. Each model gets better! Love the size when folded. Easy to access whoops from the new large cover screen. So many ways to personalize it to do what I want it to do. Just wish there was a broader selection of colors to choose from. For me, this is the perfect phone for everyday use. Great camera, fast response, and it just works.

Great introduction to foldable for newbies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z Flip5 marks a major improvement from the Z Flip4 with its big "Flex Window" cover screen. You can easily take high quality selfies using the main cameras compared to the Z Flip4. You can use Good Lock to run almost every app on the cover screen so that you don't get distracted by the big screen. However, you cannot open the Google Wallet app for some reason, which was possible (but tiny) on the Z Flip4, so you cannot pick what card you would like to use when paying with the phone folded. The camera and the main display have not been upgraded in any meaningful way but they still hold up against its nonfolding Samsung counterparts in the S22 and S23. However, the crease of the main screen is ever so slightly less deep, so if you look at it from a sideways angle, it is slightly less distorted than it was on the Z Flip4. Long term durability is an unknown since I've only had the phone for a month, but overall, this is a great device that showcases the benefits of foldables with its small size, good cameras, and great displays.

I was a long-term apple user and my boyfriend had Samsung. When I first saw the flip 3 I knew it was love! I'm now onto the flip 5 and it's better than ever! I get asked about it often and people are amazed. I love how customizable it is and how it fits in my hand. It's lightweight and beautiful.

A Great Catch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just traded in my old smart phone for the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5. This phone has double the storage capacity of my previous phone on which I have over 900 apps installed. It has all the advantages of my previous phone yet it folds so that I don't have to worry about how to carry it around. It is lighter than my previous phone and a much faster processing speed. I needed a large screen for optimum use of many of my apps and this phone allows me to keep that feature. The phone feels solid and secure so there are no concerns about water exposure or other possible accidental damages. This phone represents all around technological enhancement while offering exceptional handling. I really like the color and overall appearance of the phone and look forward to a prolonged period of enjoying it

Bigger upgrade from the flip 4 than you'd think.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked my z flip 4, being a person who dislikes having a huge phone in my pocket. But wasn't sold immediately on the z flip 5, but I was wrong. The outter screen is so much improved that it actually holds functionality well beyond just being a convenient clock, which is what I ended up solely using the flip 4 for. I now actually use the outter screen for many things including: Spotify controls, maps when walking, earbuds control, calendar, weather, as well as checking messages and emails briefly to gauge their importance. I love having the small size and the main screen being protected when closed as well. Definitely a large upgrade from the 4 as long as you don't need a high end phone camera or the largest screen available.
