[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best phone I've ever had. I thought I loved my Galaxy S series, but this one is far better. It fits in my pocket perfectly, so I no longer hook it on things that make it fall out. The camera is amazing, the pictures are clear and perfect. The operating system is fast and I dont have any issues with it slowing down. I didn't know I'd love it this much when I bought it, but I will continue upgrading to this same phone, just newer models!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switching to Samsung, especially my flip, has been the best decision ever. I love how beautiful it is. It runs so smoothly, and it's so fast. All of its innovative features are extremely useful for any and all media.
One of my most used features are the AI transcribing of voice memos which make work so much easier.
Makes my life easier in every way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ram is subpar the ai is horrible the keyboard disappears randomly battery life is horrible the screen protector from the factory only last 6 months it makes a crunch noise when folding wouldn't recommend

Screen is fragile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is really fragile to drop in.It is not good, even by accident period and they're is no good safe cases for themBut aside from that, the phone is awesome to seamless.Scream flow from top of bottom screen is really awesome and being able to have one thing on the top screen and using the bottom screen as your pat.Or t boardIt's really cool as well.And it's still small but yet big enough that you can watch videos and play games.
