Great Idea, Kinks not fully worked out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this phone works, another great samsung software product. I do have to say having to get it repaired and eventually replaced every 3-4 months is not ideal. The hinge on the front screen is way too sensitive and the durability needs to be upped in future iterations. More app options on the cover screen could be very appealing to customers as well, as Samsung is known for its customization abilites for users. I would also like the option to be able to disable and remove any assistant/AI from Google or Samsung, since I don't use it, I find the pop-ups from them bothersome even though the apps are not turned on. I look forward to see how they go from here :)

Alternatively, you can opt for cloud-based processing, sending your data to external servers for processing. If you turn off the AI features, the answer is yes—you can either disable them or allow only on-device processing. There's also a "master switch" to turn off all cloud-based processing for Galaxy AI features. To find this setting, navigate to Settings, tap Galaxy AI, and then toggle the switch to "Process data only on the device." Once again, we appreciate you sharing your experience. Great size, terrible phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had nothing but returns on this phone several times for the simple fact that the screen would just stopped working after barely using the folding part and opening it I would have recommend this phone at all I love flip phones but unless they really actually fix the screen middle part of it where it would actually work and not crease and actually function in the front then it'll be a different story I gave it it to because of the size

One of my favorite phones, but...

I would recommend having the home screen mimic the home screen when the phone is open. Looking for more of a launcher experience. AI functionality is improving. I enjoy the camera.

Stays in my pocket while bike riding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about my Galaxy Z Flip 5 is that the folded size is small enough to stay securely in my pants front pocket while riding my bike, without any worry it will fall out. I love this!
The video and photo images on the screen are beautiful, and the center hinge indent is barely noticeable when viewing them.
I use this phone to access the app that I am required to use for my job as a dog walker, to report what goes on during our walks or overnight sits.

This is the best phone I bought in my decade

Love the double screen

They didn't have the right angle or focus, but with the Z Flip5's dual screen, we can see the angle in real time. This allows to request any necessary corrections. It's really good to see ourselves and make funny pictures beforehand.
