Faulty screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device started to loose touch sensitivity after a few months and needed calibration after that ,and eventually certain areas of the touch screen wouldn't work anymore ,battery life was decent ,seamless actions across apps

Screen protector

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is great, the functionality works the way it is meant to do , very fast and responsive, only issue I found is the stock screen protector that comes with the phone ,I've had the edges where It folds start to get airbubbles and eventually start peel off , needing have my phone repaired

To start, it's important to know that the Flex hinge is meticulously designed to ensure smooth opening and closing. In fact, sections of the folding area use adhesive to secure components while allowing for tiny gaps that facilitate hinge movement. This innovative design might lead to subtle curves or bends along the fold, which can occasionally be noticeable in bright lighting. However, these characteristics are completely normal and do not indicate any defect. The hinge is built to withstand over 200,000 folding and unfolding cycles on average, which equates to over five years of daily use if you’re opening and closing it about 100 times a day. Additionally, we want to ensure you are aware of the Samsung Z Assurance program. If you purchased your Galaxy Z Flip5 from an authorized distributor in the U.S. before July 31, 2024, you’re eligible for a one-time discounted repair for the interior folding screen, provided you register your device with a Samsung account. This offer is exclusively for the original purchaser and applies solely to the interior folding screen, not to the front screen or back glass. Perfect phone for your pocket.

Small enough to fit nicely in any pocket, but big enough when open to enjoy media. Camera is good takes decent pictures. Practically no stutters or lag in the UI. Definitely worth getting!

Good phone, Bad Factory Screen Protector

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my Samsung Z Flip 5 for about a year. For the most part, I love it. It has really great seamless actions across the apps.
Now brief, the built in screen protector installed by the manufacturer has created a lot of headaches for me. I have had to warranty it 4 times in less than a year. I love my Samsung phones, but I think that I will give the next generation of the S Models a try. While I love the compactness of the Z series, the screen issues have just been too much. Maybe someday they won't have issues in the fold of the screen. I just don't like having to warranty out the phone, try to get all my apps back and carry on. Perhaps the upcoming S25 will be more to my liking.
