[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone was nice and easy at first then I started getting app freezing and having to restart it or logout and log back in the where it flips there is a line that now goes thrue the middle of that part of screen it isn't broken and I purchased an expensive case to protect it but it just keeps getting more n more issues ,also I have had a friend with the 6 and he has replaced 3 of them only for a different issue each time would not recommend the purchase

To address this behavior, one of the first steps is to ensure your device’s software is up to date. Software updates contain essential patches and improvements that can resolve delays caused by outdated applications. RAM capacity impacts how your phone processes information, so it's essential to have enough storage for your favorite applications. Here are some steps to help you:
1. **Check Available Storage**: Ensure your device has enough free space.
2. **Connect to the Internet**: Ensure your phone or tablet is connected to the internet and charged to at least 50% before installing a software update. Note that some carriers require a Wi-Fi connection and won't allow updates using mobile data.
3. **Troubleshoot Errors**: If an error occurs during a software update and your device keeps restarting, refer to resources on how to exit a boot loop.
4. **Free Up Storage**: If your device lacks sufficient storage, you can use Device Care to clean it up. Additionally, you can back up files using Smart Switch or your Samsung or Google account.
