Use the phone for calls and web browsing.
The phone started malfunctioning after 8 months of use. There is green line appear in the screen. Half of the screen flickers.

Poor hardware quality!

After only 8 months, two green lights appeared exactly where the phone folds. Nothing happened to the phone; the lines showed up all of a sudden. This is 100% a hardware issue. Poor hardware quality!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfectly Pocketable and Very Versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 has been a pretty powerful little phone over the past few months. I love that it can fold up to such a small square. It is very easy to being out on a walk, run, or bike ride since it fits in just about any pocket and is easy to carry. The oled screen gets bright enough most of the time, and the crease disappears when you are using it in the hand. Most of the Galaxy AI features it recieved are very useful. Smart select is the best way to take screenshots on any phone, and circle to search is great when apps won't let you highlight text, you need a translation, or want to know what something is. The cameras aren't as good as some of the S series phones, but are fairly good and can still take great pictures. The inner screen has held up surprisingly well to my use as well. Overall, it's a snappy and very easy to handle phone that has no slowdowns in my day to day, and always starts a conversation when I fold my smartphone.
