Folding screen breaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Galaxy Flip 5 for 13 months.
I have not dropped it and I have taken very good care of it. I loved it a lot and recommended it to a lot of people. Love how it fits anywhere, the silicone case made a perfect match and made it look amazing and cute. The front screen is helpful and has helped me reduce my screen time. However, a bubble formed where the screen forms. At first it was a very little bubble, just to the left side, it increased in size in the last couple of months, last week I folded it and heard a weird sound, I opened it and now the bubble runs from side to side and like half an inch in width. It is starting to look like the plastic will break. It feels rough to the touch. Now there's dust collecting inside of it.

I had a flip 3 for almost 2 years and never had this issue. Honestly, I'm very disappointed in this phone.

IMO... It's a good phone, the front screen features are great. MY HUGE BUT is the folding screen breaking. So, just keep that in mind: you might need to replace the screen before the 1 screen mark so that it falls into warranty.

Favorite phone I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a few different phones in the Galaxy line and this has been my favorite so far. The form factor is incredible. The Z Flip 5 can fit any of the pockets in all of my pants. All other standard features such as Wi-Fi/LTE, video, music playback, and Galaxy AI are fast and clear. Camera quality is amazing and the screen is beautiful and responsive with a 120 hz refresh rate. The phone's cover screen is great to use to check notifications, set timers, etc. I've never had more fun with a phone and I doubt I'll ever be able to go back to non-flip phones. Amazing device!

This is my second one and I plan on getting the latest one when it is available! I'm not a huge fan of all the AI suggestions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice phone. Allows me to be very creative when recording and taking photos. One downside is I cannot flip the phone due to the motherboard. The worse part is that my phone became out of warranty when it happened and it would've cause alot of problems for me to ship it overseas for repairs. Others than that the galaxy AI really helped me answer some questions a Google search wouldn't answer.

The two phones

The new AI also help me out when I'm working. When it comes to translations, really helped out with me. Talking to a non English-speaking speaker.
