Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy flip5 is sleek and compact. I love that I can open side by side view and hold something that I've searched to have similar items come up. I haven't really heard of the Galaxy AI. But I know from experience with Galaxy the past years Galaxy is the best product out there in my opinion. I love Galaxy.

The interface is amazing, I love how customizable my phone is, and how easy it is to use!! I always get questions about my phone and people love seeing a flip phone around again! I also love the Galaxy AI feature, it's so cool!!! Definitely staying with Galaxy phones from now on!!

Not a great experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never had a modern flip phone and decided to try the experience with the Flip 5. At first I was loving the phone. When close it's small enough to store or carry anywhere. The outside screen can be used to watch TV or videos and they look good. After some use, about 6 months, I started to have issues with the screen. It stopped working at all around month 7. I got it replaced but soon, around two months, I started to have the same symptoms than with the original screen. When opened the keyboards feel cramped, I constantly have to go back and fix things I've typed. It's a good idea, I really liked the clamp shell style, but it still has to be improved some. One good thing is the Galaxy AI. I've used it to edit pictures and it works great. Just that is a great reason to change this phone for another Galaxy phone down the line.

Everything I've expected

This has been a step up in every way. I always liked the advantages flip phones offered back in the day and being that Android flip devices are now a highly viable option, I felt the timing was ideal for me to delve into the market.

Very Fun Phone but Limited Longevity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fun phone to use if you can deal with the overall downgraded flagship phone experience.
I find myself using the cover screen a lot for checking messages, emails, and switching songs on music apps. It is also useful for recording full quality selfie-style videos with the rear camera. The cameras are not the greatest but are definitely serviceable at 12mp. I find my battery lasts maybe half the day and usually have to recharge twice or three times.
This is the best of the Z Flip phones so far compared to my own experiences with the 3 and 4. The new Z Flip 6 doesn't seem to have much new going on besides some small upgrades and claiming Galaxy AI is a new feature.
Galaxy AI was added in an update when the new line of phones came out, and I believe I have used it one time. It is probably useful but does not suit my lifestyle.
Once you're ready to move on, you will probably find these Flip phones aren't worth much for trade-ins unless it's back to Samsung for the new one. I've been considering just going back to a regular flagship phone.

Obsessed with my flip!
