Unique and Convenient size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my Samsung Galaxy Zflip5, love the uniqueness of it closing into a smaller phone makes it so much more convenient to walk around with, put in pocket or purse or to just have in your hands.
Can sit the phone down from hands free mode when needed.
Love the fact that if someone is taking my photo for me I can actually see the image on the outer screen to see how I look or how my pose is before actually taking the photo, and of course the fact that I can sit the phone down and take an absolutely beautiful selfie with the outer camera.
Just totally in love with everything about it.
Also have airbuds pro and galaxy watch 6 which all the devices complements each other and makes the whole Galaxy AI experience even better.

My BEST Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the availability to ask Bixby any question and having it automatically giving me multiple options. Bixby also does a really neat feature of an ai generated news and notification reel for an alarm which I really enjoy.
I love the customization from how the cover screen looks when folded to how my home screen is laid out. I love the option of purchasing or evening finding free themes in the galaxy store!
I also use my phone for streaming with the coverscreen as a way to load my controls from stream! Highly recommend this device and anything from Samsung!

Lovely, cute but not good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my flip phone...except that love doesn't last. I've had it for 18 months and I'm on the 4th replacement all due to screen issues. No cracks, just the screen protector starts peeling and the screen loses the touch screen capability until it goes all black. At that point you can't backup info or transfer anything out. I do not recommend this phone, as cute as it is.

Great product - screen protector lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Z Flip5 for a bit over a year now and it's great. I've been a fan since the Z Flip 4 and expanding the outside screen was definitely the right move. However, just like my previous Z Flip the screen protector that naturally comes with this device is already starting to peel. Previously with the 4, I removed it completely and it still worked great for the time I had it so I would assume the same with this one but I am holding off a little longer.
I am glad to see Galaxy AI now being introduced and it adds some new fun to using samsung products. Keep it up Samsung!
