I work in sales and I am constantly using the camera on my phone to send pictures of products to.my customers. I use the Galaxy A/I to determine what a product is in pictures sent to me by my customers. This phone is fast and I love it. I would recommend the Galaxy Flip5 to anyone.

The phone is the perfect size, it can fit in any pocket or bag easily.
Great for watching videos and scrolling other apps at the same time.

Great Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only does it remind me of my older flip phone but has all the new best features to utilize. I love the design and colors offered. Battery seems to last much longer than my older Samsung. I love the flip part and being able to capture pictures from either side but have the benefit of it holding up on it's own. Video quality is superb and my pictures come out fantastic and also have the best editing ever

Quality physical phone, software lags.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The physical traits of the phone is fine. The reason why I gave the phone a 4/5 is because some of the software seems to lag. Prior to this I had a Galaxy S10+ and it it didn't lag with some of the apps that I'm finding lags on the Flip 5. Some of the apps load slower on my Flip 5 as well compared to my older phone. Beyond that I really like the phone. It's very convenient to be able to flip the phone and put it in my pockets. The crease in the middle of the phone is only really noticeable when you're looking for it. When you're just using your phone for entertainment you don't even notice the crease. Fix the software issues and I'd for sure stick to getting a Flip as my future phone.

I totally love taking photos with my flip Z

I use it for everything I pretty much need it for the galaxy AI is totally out of this world.
I love using my phone for photos or just lay back and relax watching a movie afterwards I would find the best Chinese spot in town getting there with no other then android auto which connects instantly to my car .
Before bed I set my alarm which has so many cool features if I have problems sleeping ill asked Alexa to play sleep music.
I use it for everything I pretty much need it for the galaxy AI is totally out of this world.

The phone was good for 11 months. 3 week before my 1 year manufacture warranty expires, I open the phone and saw a black line going across the folded crease. Never dropped the phone, no water damaged or any physical damage at all. Called Samsung amd they said that is one of the common issue with the flip, made a repair claim as was told and got denied repair under warranty when I brought to their Authorized repair shop. SO STAY AWAY FROM THE FLIP OR THE FOLD, SAMSUNG REPAIR WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Seamless, Easy, Fun

From the live translation when calling to looking at yourself on the cover screen when raking a picture, nothing really beats this phone. I love the software that it offers (customizable, user friendly, interesting). This phone is also an eye catcher. Everyone always wants to know what this phone is. I always rave about it.
