[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy Z Flip 5 is so far the best of the series. Many of the glitches have been resolved. I appreciate that there's no more gap when closed. I have had every flip phone in the series so far. I've had the 5 for a year now. I usually upgrade immediately but with the 5 I'm not in a super big hurry to get the 6 because this one has been great. The Galaxy AI is excellent and improving all the time.

Great phone overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the phone. The size is the best feature. Not having a giant phone in my pocket and the inner screen being protected from drops is amazing.
I also love being the only person that can take a group picture without needing someone to do it.
Things I don't love
-Battery life - I always have to charge this phone later in the day
-screen did randomly crack on me which was replaced under warranty
- phone is not really water resistant. There is some damage after my last trip which is preventing quick charge now and cannot use plug in headphones.
-cameras are just ok.

Why I love my flip phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my flip phone. As a busy Healthcare professional ;I need a phone that can fit in my scrubs pocket.
I also need a device withe latest extras like galaxy AI. I use my phone constantly throughout my work day.
Once home the various samsung apps keep me informed and entertained.
I constantly get inquiries about my phone and I always recommend purchasing a Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have a flip phone and one of the most satisfying things was flipping the phone down to hang up on someone i love how samsung incorporated this into the z flip 5 i always use galaxy ai when messaging my friends i use circle to search amytime i find it nessecary

The best flip forever!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the compact feeling in my hand when it's folded. It has fancy look with astonished designs. Functionality wise I love the front cover screen that I could access the messages and YouTube, other apps without unfolding actions. I think that is the main reasons most consumers buy this flip device from Samsung. Soon I will upgrade to flip 6.

Works great after one year of daily uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the note/ultra/fold series phones from Samsung and I decided to try the flip 5. It's been a year since I switched to flip 5 and it's great experience. The build is premium. I don't have any scratch on the frame or the screen. I am a heavy phone user. Probably folding the fold 50+ times each day. The folding screen and the hinge doesn't have any issues.
The new Galaxy AI features makes it a even better day to day phone. I used the live translator during the phone calls and it worked great.
I would recommend the flip series to the people wants to try small folding phones!
