Not happy with this phone. Had it a couple of months and the bottom half of the full screen glitched out, turned green. The phone was replaced under warranty (thank you). Unfortunately, it was not replaced with a new phone, but a rebuilt unit. The new-to-me phone frequently disconnects from the Verizon network without warning. The screen has bumps in the fold that my defective phone did not have. I was a die-hard Samsung fan until I purchased this device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is such an amazing & awesome phone. The screen is much bigger than it looks. It also loads apps & when u go 2 other web pages. I'm very impressed with my flip 5. I'm still learning new things that it can do. I would highly recommend this phone. 😃😃😃😃😃😃.

Tap one of the following options: * Manage: Choose a wallpaper design for the Cover screen. * Tap the layout image to customize the elements on the screen. * Add new: Create a customized wallpaper to save to your designs. * Widgets: Choose what information to show when you swipe left on the cover screen. * Cover screen timeout: Set the cover screen to turn off after a set amount of time. * Show notifications: Enable this feature to automatically display notifications on the cover screen. * Turn on screen for notifications: Enable this feature to automatically turn on the cover screen when you receive a notification. * Quick responses: Add or remove text message responses. Phone gets hot when it's charging. When using the screen sometimes it's not doing anything buy I am constantly tapping. I haven't even had the phone a month. Very disappointed

While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Check out the Samsung article titled, "Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature" for some great information about keeping your device at its normal operating temperature. If your phone or tablet's touchscreen is frozen or does not respond to touch, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with your device.
