Beware of trade in offers

After a couple of months of use I enjoy using the phone, it has a solid quality feel. Just love the compactness.
Only complaint is the trade in process , this is the second time I have used the Samsung trade in but both times my trade in was rejected which makes me wonder how honest the process is. My Note 10 was rejected because it did not boot correctly which is strange as I was using the phone till the day after I got my Flip with no issues and I powered off my note 10 every night for 3 years with no boot issues in the morning.
I definitely would not use the trade in process again, and makes me think I may consider a different brand next time I upgrade the flip.

Compact and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Flip 5. It is perfect for my everyday/everything daily driver. I use it for work and play. The Flex Screen and battery life is the best improvement personally, as I am coming from a Flip 3. I am on the go at work and needed a phone that could fit in my pocket comfortably, but still could handle my constantly changing schedule, clear pictures and emails that I had to answer quickly. I have found the perfect companion in my Flip 5. Thank you, Samsung!❤️

Neat, Sleek, and Sexy

Picture quality is great, sound quality is perfection. I was nervous about folding it, but I have had no problems with the screen's responsiveness. I REALLY love that, when the phone is folded, it is more secure in my pocket. No more worrying about my phone falling out of my pocket.

Dangerous settings

I drive and work nights. At exactly 11:58 pl every night my phone auto brightness turns off and it goes to 50% brightness. This makes it so I can't use my maps on the way home anymore. My phone ends up blinding me before I get home while I'm driving. This feature is the most annoyingly hazardous feature I've ever see yet. Every day when I get up I have to tu the toggle switch to "auto brightness" on . This is a simple fix, please utilize your IT team's amazing skills and fix the hazard before someone gets hurt!!!!

Best Galaxy ZFlip!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The New Galaxy Z Flip5 has really been updated for super lightning speed including the swap from your former cell phone! Was able to esim on the ZFlip5. Much lighter and thinner! Lost the bulk. Double the storage capacity! The battery is the same as the ZFlip4, but now we have special bars to gauge the battery usage as well as the icon top right. Take a selfie for your team instantly with the giant (half of the full screen) added exterior screen! The larger exterior screen has a camera button bottom right, special wallet card holder bottom left.....swipe up and bam there's ur wallet card or health card. Swipe in from top left and in drops all your fast cards such as weather, etc.. swipe middle left for messages! I bought the flip suitcase because I like to travel and wanted to be packed! While it's plastic, it comes with two color inserts, and has a special light that scans across the screen when folded that matches back to the flipsuitcase color swatch that I chose. I picked a Galaxy theme for the first time in efforts not to get involved with the launcher Android situations. Beautiful business & lux options. I also bundled the Galaxy Pro2 earbuds....and they are excellent just like the youtube videos shared in review. They have a slight grab in the ear that allows them to stay in and the sound is perfect! I wanted the extra half size screen covered with a screen protector. The tools that arrived with the kit were very helpful with a QR code scan to an instruction video.
