Great features in a compact design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone design is perfect for the on-the-go modern person. Compact form with folding helps it fit any pocket or bag while also protecting the screen. The external screen is perfect to quickly access a message, control music, or check the weather widget without going through the entire app folder. The features of any phone with the added bonus of standing on its own for great photos or to watch cooking instructions. The camera has improved with each generation, it isn't as powerful as the Galaxy series so that is room for improvement. This is my 3rd Flip and I look forward to the features that may come in the next update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z Flip 5 overall has been one of the most interesting phones I've had in a long time and that is in a positive way.
The hardware of the phone is beautifully crafted and the hinge system is phenomenal. The more you get used to using this phone, the more comfortable you are, with, allowing yourself to somewhat slam it whenever you're done talking to someone on the phone. It is a fun experience, but besides that. I have also found many useful tools. I can use for this phone for whenever I'm working or from whenever I'm home just relaxing.
The software is amazing, especially with the new AI. Update, there are many new things you can do with this phone than you could before. For this being a flip phone, this phone has some serious power. The battery can last me all day with moderate use, but even whenever I'm using my phone frequently. The battery still has a wonderful span of life. The charging is extremely fast And if you were worried about charging your phone overnight, you can turn on a setting that protects your battery.
One of the things I love about this phone is the ability to customize it the way I want to. And for that, this is what makes this phone more unique than most phones out in the market right now. Overall, this phone has brought back the excitement of smartphones and has given me the hope that there will be some serious and more exciting change in the future.

The idea of this product is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is used as an everyday phone, but has more than every day problems. I'm not sure if the issues we have are with this specific device, or common across all of the z-flip 5, because getting in touch with support isn't the easiest for those who work daily.
Luckily, there are no issues yet with the screen. However, there are constant issues with data or wifi connections, calling, poor camera quality, not receiving notifications unless using wifi, charging very slow and not good battery life.
If it was affordable, I would have replaced this with a different device on the s24 series.

I love the phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yo, my Flip5 is the bomb! But I had a bit of a mishap. The magnetic part that keeps it closed, well, it stuck a tiny piece of metal to it and when I closed my phone, the screen cracked. Bummer, right? But the good news is, I got a new one in just three days! Now that I know about the magnetic thing, I'm all good. No more cracked screens for me!
