[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my z flip 5 for everything from work to social media to streaming TV shows and paying on the sasmung gaming hub!! I have always loved the flip series bc it's fun, foldable and it fits right in my back pocket easily for work and play. I highly recommend this phone to anyone!! I even got one for my husband and he fell In love with it also!! I love how you can fully customize everything on this phone, from your front screen to your keyboard and everything in between!!

Through fault of Samsung.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love your flip phones. This is how much I love you flip phones. I work for a demolition company. In the past 8 months I have gone through five different flip phones. I have destroyed them hurt them broke them with heavy equipment not because they're unable to take it .Even though they tried. I continue to come back and buy a flip phone every time I love them I love my flip phone five most of all. It was so easy to use even after I smashed the front screen The back screen still worked and I can still communicate. Through the menus. I absolutely love your flip phones I've had a three four and a 5 and I will continue to buy them.

Two devices in 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure what getting the Flip 5 would do to change the way I used my phone. But now, I think of it as two devices in 1. The folding hinge keeps the screen safer then any phone ive ever had. The features accessible on the outside screen are awesome and super convenient for when I'm in a "lowkey" situation. The device is always a conversation starter and people love taking photos from the outer screen.

Shaky but ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drive for a company so I use my phone for communication with my dispatch the whole day. I've had the phone for about 4 months now. The phone is good but I got three major problems with it.
First, the battery is quite depressing. If I don't have a charger, the phone will not last me a full day, my day starts at 330am till 7pm and if God forbid I forget the charger at home, I have to go back for it. This is with using power saving mode and dark mode.
Second, it heats up. There was a night recently, when I woke up to check the time and my phone was burning up. I play games on it from time to time, games such as COD mobile. It does get hot then but I didn't expect it to get hot while idle.
Third, this happens recently but there's a bubble line forming on the screen. I thought with the phone folfing flat it will prevent this. And that line keeps growing with every flip I do.
