It represents everything I've loved about phones since I was introduced to them, including customization and very practical features. Also makes me very excited for the future versions of this model!

From the fruit to something innovative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was the user for many years of a competitor phone company but their phone design has gotten stale and uninteresting. I got the flip after waiting for this latest iteration and I'm so happy I did. I find I'm using my phone in a much more organic way. I love using the outside screen and being able to keep my phone small when using Samsung pay to get on the train. It's so nice to not have a brick in my pocket. Also as someone who has a deaf parent and uses sign language to communicate, this phone is so incredibly convenient to video chat with this phone and use sign language. I can put it down on the table anywhere and easily have a conversation in ASL. Needless to say I love this phone! It's been incredible to use and I'm happy I made the switch

Love the flipping form factor!!

I really think the battery needs some improvement because it does not even last through out the day without needing charging, this is with light usage. I also love how portable this device is. I really hope the next series will do away with the crease because there is some need for improvement there as well as the cameras on the device.
