this is an amazing phone concept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the phone in itself is amazing, besides the software is slow like out of date cheap phone and the cameras are junk. the screen is still easily cracked but has gotten ALLOT better. i also dont like that this phone doesnt come with samsung dex. other than those criticisms i absolutely loved my flip. ultimately I cracked the screen a little and gave it to my mom. i went back to the s21 ultra.

It's probably one of the coolest phones i've ever had my life.. If you don't have one I strongly suggest you try one.. you can do all the coolest stuff. My friends are always jealous of the cool new ideas I have for my phone.

You can do so much without opening the flip, the wallpapers are fun and the phone camera is epic and spot on. Then the open flip just adds a whole new dynamic to what this phone offers. This baby boomer is excited about learning all I can about what is available to me at my fingertips. Thank you Samsung I am happy with my choice and soooooooooo glad I waited.

Wanted to love it....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for listening to music, podcasts when around the house. I had the buds+ before this and those fit like a glove. Unfortunately, I put that set through the wash and with those being discontinued, I got these.
Unfortunately, these do not have that same perfect fit for my ears. I've tried all the different size squishies, but ibthink its the overall shape that just doesn't work. I ended up losing my right bud while walking my dog, and had to replace. I now reserve these for when I'm just inside the house or sitting down like on a plane trip.

The sound itself is amazing, especially the noise cancelling on the plane (for the first 10min before it starts getting loose) and wish it just fit better.

ZFlip great phone but hard to repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this phone but I had to find someone "certified" to put a screen protector on the device. I was also warned if I do have screen problems it is difficult to get repaired. No other complaints though. Great camera and battery life.
