I feel different whenever I use it, especially after using it and I just flip the other half and No one will be able to see what's going on with my cellphone. Easy to use and not to big to handle. I really didn't want to give up my note 9 and it took some getting used to a smaller design but now I wonder how I did without it. It folds and tucks right into a pocket or purse and you dont have to open it to get your messages.

Compact and Easy to Get Along With!

I switched from iPhone back to Android because of this phone. I find the Flip easier to use, and I have much more control over apps that I use and how I use them.
Also, this phone is much better to carry around in my purse luggage and laptop bag.

Love and Hate Relationship with My Flip 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking forward since my birthday in September to receive the new flip 5. Ever since I open the box and activate it, I have had nothing but problems after problems. Still with my passion love for My Flip 5, from September to December, I have completed multiple factory reset, trips to the phone company, calls to my phone provider, and Multiple Different Tech Support Avenues; and still I am having some problems with my phone. Not to mention, after the new upgrade to Android 14 which cause My Android Auto and Smart Things Find to completely mess up (but, apparently I wasn't the only one). But honestly as much problems as I'm having with my phone, I do truly still love it and I'm still determine on fixing it. I'm very happy with the quality of the pictures and all the functions that the phone does have and the possibilities that it could do, and that is the reason why I'm so determined because I'm looking forward to get in the most and the full potential that the phone has to offer. It is a very great phone.

Solid working mans phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started my journey into the Galaxy Universe with the S10+. It was a solid phone but then I noticed a deal for a new Zflip3 and decided to take the leap into something new and haven't looked back. Each flip from their has been great for me. I trade it in every year for the next generation. I'm on the 5 now and again, it's going great. I was a little worried about outer screen being damaged but figured, what the hell, no worse than the regular phones screens. I bought a hard plastic shell for it and a screen protector and I was good to go. Great for my gig work as delivery driver. I just put in mount and go, then when I need to grab something, it gets folded up and placed in my pocket. I must have folded this thing a million times by now and still no issues. I look forward to a long happy relationship with Samsung and their flip series, for years to come.

Fits my pocket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A phone that actually fits my pocket seems too good to be true. Indeed it's too good to be true. Nothing is perfect. I've heard there was going to be a better hinge on the Z Flip 5 so I gave it a try. Really not what I expected. Having it for about 2 months, the small thin rubber piece around the hinge when opened, it's seems like it fell off but it actually slid under the screen. Now, dust is going into the phone. I've tried to set an appointment up but I was told their system was down so I have to call back at another time. As a full time worker with 2 jobs, I don't get much free time to go & get it fixed. Now I have to make time to set an appointment up so I can get it repaired. So far, I've had the phone for 7 months & I'm not really liking it but I'm not planning to switch to another phone because of the price that I had to pay.
