Amazing phone, serious flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Z Flip 3, 4, and now 5. They are all fantastic, amazing phones and the being able to flip it close is surprisingly convenient and useful. I don't think I would want to switch to a different phone again in the future, as I absolutely love this one.... but it doesn't come without some serious flaws.
The battery needs some serious improvement. It is significantly shorter then your avaversge Android phone, and I wouldn't recommend using any generic fast chatger as that makes its lifespan even shorter. Also, the battery runs really hot, even if all you're doing is holding your phone in your hand while using it. It gets even hotter quicker when plugged in (even when not being used). I can't use the wireless charger in my car, because within 15-20 minutes the battery gets so hot that it forces my phone to shut down.
Also, my phone does this weird and annoying thing where after the screen has timed out and shut off, it won't turn back on for several minutes. Its like it is frozen with the screen off and nothing seems to help to get it back on, not pushing the side buttons or flipping the phone open and close, or touching the screen. It wouldn't even power off when I hold down the power button, but on the small front screen it shows the clock and notifications like normal. Eventually the screen turns back as usual. It has done this over a dozen times, and gets frustrating because it's not letting me back into my phone.

I love my Flip 5!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 is perfect for me. Its screen size is perfect for my hands and eyes and the ability to fold the phone protects this screen when the phone gets shoved into my pocket. I love the flip cover, but I wish more apps were compatible with it. I love watching YouTube on the flip cover while doing chores like dishes. I appreciate that the phone now folds flat starting with this model, reducing stress put on the hinges while the phone is folded.
