This is the best phone that I have ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The front screen is so convenient, whenever I get a notification I can just turn on the front screen to check instead of flipping my phone for the whole screen.
When I'm at work or on the go and get a text message I just use the front screen to text.
When it comes to gaming most of the games I play I can play on the front screen and I love it. The screen isn't too big so I don't need to drag my fingers across the screen.
Then there's watching media or reading articles or the news. I use the front screen a lot when I'm out but when I'm relaxing I flip the screen to full screen. All of my media is downloaded instead of watching it through a streaming service so I just open my photo gallery and just watch my shows through there on the front screen display. The resolution is so clear and I love it!
I got this phone mainly for a compact use instead of having a slab phone sticking out my pocket. Not only that but for the convenience of not always having to turn on the whole screen to do my daily business of using my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone lasts me around 6 to 12 hours depending on what I'm playing or watching so the battery is pretty good. The camera is still really good but not as good as the s series, there isn't much of a difference from the s series camera except mostly the zoom and a bit higher resolution. The oled display on both the flip screen and cover screen look amazing. Overall I rate the z flip 5 a 9/10. It is definitely worth the upgrade from the flip 4 with the next generation cpu and better battery performance

Cute, practical, pocketable phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with this phone. I've previously owned the Flip 4, and this is a definitely a step up. As a woman, having small pockets is inconvenient, but I somehow fit this phone in all the pants I own.
The bigger cover screen is convenient for my job when I can't respond to messages, but have time to peek at notifications. I love that I can check the weather, message through any app, & even set my alarms from the cover screen. It keeps me from unnecessarily scrolling through social media when I shouldn’t be! I'm never worried about cracking it because you CAN get a screen protector, but it's pretty solid anyway. It's not delicate like the inside screen.
The crease is never noticeable unless I purposely angle it. And unlike the flip 4, the crease isn't more noticeable the more I fold it. It doesn't feel annoying under my finger either. The flip 4 built-in screen protector gave me issues peeling pretty quickly, whereas the flip 5 hasn't given me any problems.
My boyfriend is making the switch from iphone to samsung just because he loves my phone. His favorite feature being that he can hold the phone as a camcorder when recording videos, which is helpful since we go to many concerts. Sure, the camera quality doesn't blow you away, but it's still great! When taking pictures of people, you can also enable a feature where the person you're photographing can see themselves through the cover screen, which I love showing off.

Never open your phone again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the original Z Flip 5g to the latest Z Flip 5. The cover screen!!! Add any app, take timed pictures (almost close the phone then stand it up), customize it, etc. You wouldnt ever have to open the phone if that's what you want. The fact that its folded when i use Maps but can view it if needed addressed that wish when using my old phone. The camera is a huge upgrade from the original Z Flip - pictures are crystal clear even without tweaking. I was surprised how good the night video quality was, too. Like my original Z Flip I don't expect any problems with the hinge, but again, if you were worried about its lifespan the cover screen makes it so you don't have to open the phone as often, or ever. I didn't do any customizing on my old phone but am loving all the customizing options as well. If it's possible to be in love with a phone then I am in love with the Z Flip 5!!!!
