[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have to talk about the flex window. It's such a massive upgrade from the tiny screen on the previous generation. It gives you the best experience that you can get from a foldable phone. For quick things like checking the weather or briefly responding to a text the flex window makes everything effortless. And then when you unfold your phone there is a whole different world inside.
Also, the hinge is such a big improvement. It's stronger and slimmer than the previous one and it allows the phone to fold completely flat. This is a phone that feels cool! It's everything I wanted from an upgrade.

Amazing Flex window well designed and so convenient, performance is on point ,A+ battery life. It's a no brainer if you want a change from now days boring safely designed smartphone. It's worth the switch! Good job Samsung.

Awesome New Design

The phone finally closes all the way as there is no visible opening when having the phone shut. It is great to have a large phone that does not seem so big in your pocket. Having the phone closed in your pocket feels so nice and sleek.

Missing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cover screen, battery, and charging speed are an improvement over my prior Flip 3, but the Flip 5 is currently missing the best feature the prior generstions had, which is the finger sensor gesture to open the notification panel, with the phone being so lengthy it's a helpful feature to have.
