Great phone - fast, easy to use & well built

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my Samsung Z Flip 5 two weeks ago. Being retired I use it for general communications and web surfing. It's fast - especially downloading files/docs/pictures; accesses files and pictures incredibly quickly; has a great battery life - easily lasts a full (24 hour) day. The screen is very sharp, detailed and colorful. The new redesigned hinge is tight but easy to open and close the phone. Overall the phone is solidly built (I replaced the Z Flip 3 for comparison). Even my teenage grandson has to complement the quality of the screen and phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the Z Flip3 to the Z Flip5 has been such an amazing experience. The look and feel is different and also lighter. The larger Flex Window is amazing and I am able to see so much more. The camera open ups faster and images and videos are sharper too. The phone overall is so fast and I'm able to multi-task from gaming to web browsing without skipping a beat. I even enjoy the color options! The green is a crowd pleaser. The gap is no longer there so the phone closes completely! Such a big difference and brings less worry. Overall a really amazing phone and I'm definitely enjoying it!!

My new favorite phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the flip feature and how i can see and interact with all my notifications without having to open the entire phone. This makes it easier to check while in class, at work and even in the middle of the night when you wake up to check the time. Haven’t been this excited for a new galaxy product in forever. Thank you for the new innovation!

The Flip Fold portion is beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming. Gaming. Movies. Sports. The fold in the middle of the screen does bother a bit. Of course it's not as clear and pristine as a solid screen. But the flipping and folding of the phone is a thing of beauty and very enjoyable. The phone eventually heated, probably due to the folding feature, and permanently died on me. I was never able to even charge it again, not by usbc nor by wireless. It was just dead. Paperweight. Stick to solid screen and phone.

Wonderful Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first phone in over a decade that i have been really excited to get my hands on. Overall experience has been wonderful with this phone and I'm glad to have waited until the 5th iteration of this phone to purchase it. The enlargement of the cover screen is very convenient and i can use most apps easily on it. Would definitely recommend to anyone as long as they can handle a slightly more fragile phone than your average non-flip smart phone.
