This product is high quality for a good price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality on these headphones are very good. However there will be occasions where the quality dramatically downgrades when connecting it to my laptop. The quality usually restores after a couple seconds. Also the noise canceling is good but not the best. You can still hear outside sounds past a low volume threshold.

If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the situation could be related to either the earbuds or the charging case. Please note that using a charger that is not approved by Samsung may lead to charging difficulties, and the earbuds themselves might be damaged. To resolve this, we recommend fully charging the charging case, inspecting the earbuds for any signs of damage, and restarting the earbuds. If the situation continues, please reach out to Samsung's customer support for further assistance. Samsung also offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects, and you may consider adding extra coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices for extended protection and support.
