Left bud died in less than 3 weeks

Purchased about 17 days ago and the left earbud has already stopped working. Can't say I recommend the FE. Never had any issues with the flagship models from Samsung

Discover your perfect everyday audio companion that truly meets your needs. We understand that one of your earbuds isn’t functioning as expected. Please check their battery status, as a low battery may require charging. You can view the battery level in the Galaxy Wearable app or by placing the earbuds in the charging case, where the indicator light will show their status. To refresh your earbuds, try manually restarting them by inserting them into the charging case, closing the lid for at least seven seconds, and then removing them; they should restart and reconnect to your device automatically. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. All eligible mobile devices can be enrolled on Samsung.com at the time of device purchase, or within 60 days of device purchase at samsungcareplus.com. Quick let down

I bought these ear buds twice, and I realized they are great ear buds for the 1st year. Then, one bud becomes harder to hear or goes out completely like my last set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't too keen on another set of ear buds but then I came across the asamsumg Galaxy Buds FE, and I gotta tell you. I'm glad I did. These buds run seamlessly across apps, and the sound is very stereophonic, with just the right amount of treble and bass.. Excellent bluetooth connectivity, I recommend you get yourself a pair of them.
