Don't work

Defected Before Trying Galaxy AI

Rosegold Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air buds overheat when you're charging them on the samsung dock or plugged in. The paint is peeling of of them. I got burnt twice when I try to take them off the dock/unplug them.

Allergic Reaction

I recently figured out and had to go to the doctor because I was having allergic reaction to my ear buds. I tried calling in today to let Samsung know about this situation. I had to call multiple times because when I start to discuss my situation the call "dropped". The last time I called I was told I was being transferred to another department because it's a product liability, the call "dropped". My doctor had to prescribe steroid cream for my ears and it's painful. Lets not forget the request to take pics of my ear, but how can I when it's inside my ear canal. I was excited about the product but I wished they would have warned of the unwanted side effects.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would not buy

Regarding the fit and the discomfort you've experienced, we recommend that you try out the other bud tips and wing tips that come with your buds. Also, be aware that those tips are made from Silicone, so you may need to consult with your dermatologist to make sure that these are safe for you personally if you've had any reactions. As far as the Galaxy AI features, the One UI 6.1 software update is required to use Galaxy AI features on select phones and tablets. Available functions may vary by model. Best bang for your buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start this off it's is an amazing product for its price not only doe sit have the sound quality of the buds pro it is inexpensive it make up for everything absolutely it won't have all the feature that some of the newer generation have but regardless it is worth every penny I use it every day working out, at work or even just doing work on my vehicle these little buds are able to do it all haven't had any issues with them and I've had them fall many times I usually go through ear buds withing a yes because of my carrers and how dirty they end up getting or how many times they drok and break but these still are with me to this day and will continue to do so I do plan on upgrading but the way things are going with the ear buds it might be a bit of times before it happens I will continue to use Samsung without fail because of the quality of their products and the attention to detail they have

This product i just amaizing, so good sound

The first day i couldn't stip to use it, because always i can listen music without the exterior noise. I like the The bass of the buds is very good and makes the music sound with those contrasts that not everyone can hear.
