We have provided a link to your full device manual to help you with the settings. In your settings of the Samsung Wearables App you can enable touch settings that will allow one bud to be the volume up and the other to be the volume down. The full manual will walk you through the steps and show you the exact location of the settings that you can adjust to best align to your preferences. This gave me an ear infection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the features of these but unfortunately I got an ear infection because of the metal pieces in these buds. Don't know whatever I can have done differently and I would have preferred to keep using them. But your health is more important than these buds

Sound is like having personal hearing amplifiers totally epic to here things ob the first time its spoken out to me believe me ppl have taken notice too! Not to mention the clean crisp sound and the choices and possibilties with everything that these have i cakt wait to see the next ones released afterwards. Btw took many reluctant tries with not willing to try heaphones until these no bud comparisons in my opinion
