Good ear buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ear buds have good sound quality and the noise canceling. The only thing that I really hate is the find my device feature sucks. If you lose the whole case the find my feature doesn't work. You have to have a bud out of the case and then to find it is another problem my skull candy buds gave you a getting warmer or colder feature when you are searching for the ear buds, Samsung just shows you an address where it was last pinged. Not very helpful. I had to put a tile on the case so if I misplaced it I could find it. I still like the earbuds though.

The noise cancellation is surprisingly effective, and the fit is comfortable enough for all-day use. Battery life easily lasts through long workdays or workouts, and they pair instantly with my Galaxy devices. For the price, these buds are a total win, premium feel without the premium price tag.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds FE, Kayci. It looks like one earbud isn't working, and the other is quite quiet. If one or both of your earbuds aren't charging or turning on, it might be related to the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Be sure to use an approved Samsung charger, as using others can affect performance. Checking for any visible damage on the earbuds is also a good step. You might want to fully charge the case and restart the earbuds to see if that helps. If things continue as they are, feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support for further assistance. Love this product!! It has built-in translate!!

It has a built-in translate and I have used it at work and have meet with pleasant surprise when the translation is better than they expect. The noise cancellation is also very good and I have small ears so is usually difficult to fit the earbus... I had no problem with it this time and I am so happy with it!
