It's a good product but needs a but improvement

I bought fE few months back, the sound quality is good and connectivity is better, battery life can go on for 5 to 6 straight hours which is not much but still okay.
The problem that I faced was it freezes the phone while connecting sometimes, like phone would stop working I would have to disconnect the Bluetooth and then reconnect and it happened multiple times during the usage, that's the only disappointment I had with the FE, other than that I really loved the case very handy and doesn't slips.

Also, it's worth noting that if your Bluetooth device is connected to another device, it might cause some pairing challenges. If you've recently paired your buds with another device that’s still within range, try disconnecting them from that device before attempting a new connection.
