If you have lost one or both of your buds, so long as they have battery life, in the Samsung Wearables App, you can use the Find My Buds feature to have the buds chirp to locate the buds and continue using them. We have provided links to the full device manual to help with the steps for this feature and help with any other aspec that is not operating as intended. Good for small ears, bad for walking and talking

I bought these because of the sizing options: I have small ears and a lot of ear buds fall out or hurt. The fit was good and the sound was decent, but these fail me in two ways: one, the microphone was clear inside or if I was standing still, but muffled if I was walking around or outside. As I make most of my phone calls while walking, this was disappointing. Two: I have short, chin-length fluffy hair. Depending on how it fell day to day, my hair would constantly brush the microphone and cause fuzz/static in my ears.
I was trying to make it work, but I'll have to find a different solution.

Great sound but...

The good and the bad

I bought this 2 weeks ago and came here to leave a review (which I never do) because there are some great things and some bad things about this product. The fit on the earbuds is fantastic which is what I was looking for with the purchase. However, what I don't like is that the case itself only comes in white when you can choose between graphite and white for the earbuds color and the biggest one--the case does not charge wirelessly! Samsung--it you can fix these 2 simple design flaws on the case itself this product will be amazing. Despite the flaws, I have chosen to keep the item because the earbud fit is that fantastic which is what I was looking for when I purchased the item.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall good quality buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these buds everyday for work, and they are solid. My buds + were stolen from my car and I decided these would make a decent upgrade. Battery life is not quite as long which was my favorite feature of the buds + but they get the job done. Another solid pair of earbuds by Samsung.
