Great running companion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buds FE have proven to be the best for my running. I use them in conjunction with my Galaxy watch, S23, and Health app. They function flawlessly together providing a personal running coach in my ear as I exercise. Additionally, access to AI is beneficial post runs to analyze the run and health data. As a result, I'm able to adjust my performance on a daily basis.

Volume is tricky, and the buds fall out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are mediocre, I have tried all of the different configurations and they always seem to hurt my ears. That being said, they do what they are supposed to do. I get a clicking sound in the left bud and have seen the same complaint from other online reviews.

We aim to provide our customers with an exceptional experience with our devices and want to work with you to resolve your concerns. If your buds are uncomfortable, we recommend trying out the additional bud tips as well as the wing tips that come with your buds. For the clicking sound you're experiencing, first check for software updates on both your earbuds and connected device, then restart your earbuds by placing them in the charging case and closing the lid until the battery indicator light disappears (up to 10 seconds). After that, unpair and reconnect your earbuds via Bluetooth and the Galaxy Wearable app. Open the charging case lid, follow the pairing process, and if the noise persists, you may need to reset your earbuds through the app by tapping "Earbuds settings," then "General," and selecting "Reset." Confirm the reset, and your earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. If you have further concerns or if this persists, feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support! -Kelvin

Amazing earbuds

The sound quality and mic are also really handy when using Galaxy AI, since I can use it hands free. I highly recommend if you're looking for high quality earbuds, while trying to keep to a reasonable price!

Not just buds, the only buds!

Being a mom of 2, as much as I love hearing my children's beautiful singing or arguing, some times you just need a break and at times they never know that I'm not listening, to them that is. Unless they actually want a response from me.. I could never find buds that actual fit my ears. Evertygtjbg was always to big, to heavy, to bulky, or just to much. These ones are perfect, and they would with galaxy Ai. I would buy them again and again but there is no need too. With the app if you ever misplace one, it's helps you find them. And even better say you can't find just one. No need to panic because Samsung got you! Just buy one single bud and pair it to the one you still have. Then it's like you never even lost one. No one would ever know. Have to say these buds are the best! These earbuds are awesome! I wear them all the time. They either help me focus or tune everything out.

I could never find earbuds that fit my ears before. Everything was always too big, too heavy, too bulky, or just too much. These ones are perfect, and they work with Galaxy AI. I'd buy them again and again, but there's no need to. If I ever lose one, the app helps me find it.
