[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Galaxy Buds FE for about six months now, and honestly, they’ve been way better than I expected for the price. The sound quality is solid—bass has some punch, vocals are clear, and they’re great for music, podcasts, or calls. The ANC isn’t on the level of super premium earbuds, but it does a good job blocking out background noise on commutes or at the gym. What I really appreciate is how comfortable they are; the wingtip design keeps them snug without hurting my ears, even after hours of use. Battery life has held up well too—I still get around 5–6 hours per charge, and the case gives me a couple more. Calls sound decent, though they struggle a bit in noisy places. They connect fast, especially with my Samsung phone, and the app gives me just enough customization without being complicated. My only real gripe is the lack of multipoint pairing, but for everything else they offer, I’d say these buds are easily worth it—and I’d happily buy them again.

I was totally unhappy with product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these ear buds as my others which were skull candy broke. The sound quality was OK, but 50% of the reason I bought these was to be able to take phone calls as I work with my hands and need to be able to have my hands free when I talk on the phone. The ear buds never worked for phone calls, no one could hear me, no matter what I did, and I tried everything. I eventually got frustrated thinking that I must have bought a defective pair, so I returned the ear buds and exchanged them for another set of samsung ear buds, the same model. These did the same thing. I couldn't believe it. These are just total piece of crap ear buds. I ended up buy beats ear buds and couldn't be happier, everyone can hear me and the sound quality is superior to the Samsung buds. I won't ever be buying your ear buds ever again.
