Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds FE, Tony. Galaxy Buds FE use Personalized Beamforming to automatically adjust to your wearing pattern for the optimal pickup of your voice. Put them on and they'll locate your voice when you start talking. We appreciate that you think they are great headphones, but we understand that you feel the sound quality is lacking. Once your Galaxy Buds FE are connected to the Galaxy Wearable app, you'll have access to a variety of sound settings. Additionally, the Equalizer is also available when using the Buds app on an iPhone 7 or later with iOS 10 or higher. If you'd like to customize the sound from your Buds FE, you can easily do that. Be sure to check out the link attached for tips on how to use the Equalizer feature and other tools to help optimize your sound experience. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds fit pretty good compared to about 6 other buds I've tried. They do get loose but have never fallen out! The sound coming through is wonderful as well as the noise cancelation, and ambient noise off feature. The price was great as well. Highly recommend! The Galaxy AI feature is excellent too!
