We appreciate your feedback regarding the design and body of the buds. We also see that you feel that the sound quality could be better when it comes to the lows. We encourage you to check out the Equalizer feature so that you can customize your sound settings to your personal preference. Once your Galaxy FE is connected to the Galaxy Wearable app, you'll have an array of sound settings at your disposal. You can choose from six different equalizer settings to enjoy your music with a unique sound. To do this, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile device, tap on "Earbuds settings," then select "Equalizer" and choose your preferred option. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a few different pairs of galaxy ear buds. This one by far has had the most issues. Cuts out during calls, doesn't sense skip song double touch, and just isn't as seamless as previous pairs I've had.

We're disappointed to see that you have not had the experience we want our customers to have. It looks like you may be having concerns about the buds cutting out during calls. The audio quality can be impacted by outdated software, a low battery, and other factors. We encourage you to check the link attached for troubleshooting options that may help resolve this. There are also a few reasons why your Galaxy Buds might not recognize your touch commands. For instance, the touchpads may have been accidentally locked, or you may not be wearing the earbuds correctly. You can unlock the touchpads in the Galaxy Wearable app, review how to wear your Galaxy Buds correctly, and check for any available software updates. Additionally, trying a restart of your earbuds could help. If these steps don’t work, you might consider performing a complete reset of your Galaxy Buds. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great earbuds. I have very comfortably listened to many, many hours of audiobooks and music with them and am so pleased. So many features too!
Excellent noise canceling. I only hear a dull roar from the tractor and power equipment. Everything else is silenced! And very easy to double tap to quickly switch to ambient setting when needed. True seamless connection back and forth with my car bluetooth. No additional pairing required. I love being able to situationally program which feature corresponds to number of taps on which bud. Great accessibility features that make calls so much clearer and easier. No more feeling the need to scream to be heard. I am excited to try live interpretation which is powered through the phone and AI.
My only gripe is the silicone ear tips getting slick when I sweat (during lawn work) and the buds falling out of my ears (thankfully into the over ear protective headphones I also wear when using powered lawn equipment.) I am trying memory foam tips to see if they stay in better.
