Great ear buds, missing 2 things

Finally: The Galaxy Buds++ Wing Tips are Back!!!

Great sound and ANC is adequate.
Finally, somebody "got it" - the EAR WING TIPS are back, just like the Galaxy Buds++. Why on earth these were ever excluded in the first place is just dumbfounding. Sony, please take note for the WF-1000XM5's!
Samsung, on a shallower note, please GET RID OF THE WHITE CASE, or at least offer a BLACK OPTION. Please. Don't go Apple on us.

No Wireless Charging

The sound seems fine & all that but they can't be charged wirelessly?! That's such a downgrade! I will be returning these for that reason. My Buds+ still work fine, and they *are* compatible with my 3-in-1 wireless charging station, which allows me to declutter my life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product is worth to buy overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality of the product is a 7/10. I was hoping to hear voices more detailed. The 3 dimensional experience is worse than I expected.
Despite the Active Sound Canceling system working well, the ambient sound isn't quite useful. It is hard to hear someone's speaking without taking one earbud off, although I've maximized the ambient sound from the wearable app.
They fit to the ear well. I never felt like it was going to fall out of my ear. The design is cool. Furthermore, the connection between my phone and the earphones is quite easy and fast. The seamless earbud connection function is extremely useful.
The touch system also works well. I haven't experienced a misperception yet.
By using a wearable app, I can control anything. It is very reassuring that I can track my earbuds on smart things.
It is really hard to connect the earphones to a device that is not Samsung.

Amazing buds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new galaxy Bud FEs. I use to have Power Beat Pros. The sound and noise cancelation from the Galaxy buds is amazing. They fit in my ear so they don't fall out when im at the gym!!!

Worked great but not now
